Paul started his mortgage banking career as a loan officer in 1973 in Denver, Colorado. He has been a production manager for both mortgage bankers and retail banks in Denver and San Diego. He has served as President of the San Diego Mortgage Brokers Association from 1993-1994 and currently is a guest lecturer for the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate at USD. As a mortgage loan officer with West Coast Mortgage he is able to use his extensive background in FHA, VA and conventional loans (both conforming and jumbo) to benefit his clients. His years of experience allow him to help borrowers get their loans approved with a payment they can afford.
